Disney Rewards to pay for Hoop Dee doo?

Can I use my rewards dollars to pay for shows such as hoop dee doo and spirit of aloha?
Do the restaurants in downtown Disney accept rewards dollars and gift certificates (such as Raglan Road, Wolfgang puck, and Goofy's candy company)?

I'm pretty sure you can use them to pay for Hoop and Aloha because those ressies have to be paid when you make them. As for the others, I am not sure.
