Disney Rewards--anyone know of a way to fix my stupid mistake?

It's all "on me"...I just forgot that my Disney Rewards Cards expired at the end of 2014...and when I went to transfer (about $200) in reward dollars to my cards this morning, ahead of my trip that starts Sunday (in two days!), I discovered that I had let the card expire.

I did order new ones (I have two), but of course they will not arrive prior to my departure Sunday morning...

This is not "the end of the world"--or even the loss of $200, as I will certainly be making another trip to Disney...but I wondered if anyone knows of a way to use those rewards dollars w/out the card in hand? I can call Chase and ask (and will), but it's well before the bank opens and I thought someone on the Boards might have run into this before and know if there's a way (or no possible way) I can fix my own stupid mistake?

I always get my rewards card at guest relations upon arrival at our first park. Always afraid I'll lose it at home

I agree - call Chase this morning and ask to have the one you requested be cancelled and a new one created for you to pick up at guest relations. Good luck!

You just pick up a card at guest relations and then call to have the money transfered. They have them in envelopes at all guest relations at parks. I don't think they have them at hotels but you could always ask when you check in.

Thanks! I just got off the phone w/Chase and they said exactly what rlovew posted...Hurray for Chase...I'm so glad I don't have to live with the consequences of my own stupid mistake! Happy person here, twice over...I get to go to Disney on Sunday, and I get to use my $200 in reward dollars while I'm there...yay! Thanks for the input here--I really appreciate it!

They also have them at Guest Relations at DTD. I've picked up a card there a couple of times.

My 1st time to ever attempt to use the rewards I saved up to $75 towards a hopper pass then found out it was too late (way pass expiration date ) I was so mad I vowed it would never happen again so now I transfer or purchase up to $20 or more onto Disney gift cards. Now I don't have to worry about expired rewards anymore.

I wish I had read this earlier. We leave next Sat. and I also had to order a new card. Tracking says it will be here Fri. I am praying that it isn't late as there is no way to cancel it now. Thanks for posting this because I had no idea you could pick it up at Disney.

I have $727 in Chase rewards as of right now. I wanted to wait until the end of the month because I will probably have $750 by then! I'm glad I saw this thread because we leave on the 9th and I was afraid the card wouldn't be here in time! So just to clarify…we can go to any guest relations at any of the parks?

Any Guest Relations at the Parks or Disney Springs (DTD). At the Parks, there are Guest Relations Locations both in-side & out-side of the Park.
