Me and my family love the food and wine festival at epcot and think it is the nicest time of the year but this time when we go it isnt on :/ so we are trying to figure out the best disney restaurants anyone have any information on the best ones

Who is in your party? What are their ages? Are you looking for character meals or not? Are you looking for TS or CS recommendations? When will you be there? Where are you staying? Will you be on the DDP or not? Which meals are you looking for? Some information will help us to advise you.
There are over 100 TS restaurants at WDW. Each and every one of them has someone here who loves it and someone who hates it. It all depends on your tastes, and your expectations.
A good place to start will be the menus here on the DIS and also on allearsnet.com. Look at the menus and see what appeals to you. Then you can ask for opinions.
