TwoOldPooh's...

Just wanted to say that your pictures are BEAUTIFUL!!! I looked at your pictures on your website and they are all very professional. I was amazed that I can't see other guests in your pictures... looks like you got the parks to yourself!

Do you happen to have made any desktop wallpaper of the castle or any of your other pictures?

Andy, me again - do you mind me asking what sort of camera you use? I'm thinking of investing in a new camera this year and I love the clarity in that photo.

Hi DebIreland

No problem at all. That shot was actually taken with a Kodak DX 4330 3.1 mp camera. I've had it for a few years now and it's nothing fancy.

The picture out of the Dolphin window is actually 3 pictures stitched together with Panorama Factory. Panorama Factory is a really cool program. All you do is take a bunch of pictures side by side and then load them into the program. It puts them all together and does an amazing job. You can't tell where one photo stops and the next starts.

A path at POR (Alligator Bayou) in Oct 05...I love the landscaping and how secluded it felt.

Thanks Andy! That sounds like a great program, unfortunately I checked the link and they don't do a Mac version :badpc: I love using Photoshop though and I'd actually never thought of creating a panoramic shot by putting photos side by side, I could try it manually. :cool1:

Awww! That photos is lovely. Now I'm kicking myself that we didn't take that walk to POR from POFQ last summer.... it was too hot! Next time we will :)

Definitely. That's what I did before I found Panoramic Factory. I was doing it all manually. It takes a lot more effort and a good eye but you can defiinitely do it, especially with Photoshop. Just make sure that when you take the pictures side by side pretend you're a tripod turning. If you have a tripod then that's even better.

Good luck!

Hi Gang

I wanted to post a picture of Thabo and Mama T from the Swan/Dolphin club levels. They are such good people. They made our stays in 2003 and 2005 just increadable.

By the way, it's sad that they'll be closing the S/D club levels in May. That's one thing we looked forward too at the S/D. :sad2:

This was from the Swan in 2003. Mama T looks a lot different now. When we saw her in 2005 she had lost a LOT of weight. I actually had to ask "Mama T??". Of couse as soon as I heard her southern voice I knew it was her. :-)

Thanks! These are Savannah view rooms. We were once given a Deluxe Savannah view room, but it was all the way at the end of the hallway, and because it was on a floor higher than we were accustomed to, it felt very far from the animals. We asked to be moved and they were very accommodating. I love AKL and wish I were there now.

Hi Gang

I like this shot. I straightened it and made it a bit bigger. This is a picture out of our room at the Dolphin last June.

If you look close you can see Mickey's ears at MGM in the far right.

WOW! That's an awesome shot! :goodvibes
