Disney Reservations System

My idea is not instead of requiring a reservation to enter the theme parks, it would be a lot better if Disney sells an upper limit of X amount of tickets per day (X=Max Capacity). Simplicity is always better and to some, the reservation system is not user friendly and may not be fully ADA compliant (may not be compatible with screen readers for the blind and visually impaired, etc.). It is possible that some guests try to make a reservation, but the reservation system can be down at times and never get fixed for a very long time.

Ok. Max sales isn't really the goal of the system, though. Disney is using it to manage workflow and staffing. Not sure why having a cap on ticket sales is better from the consumer perspective.

As for your ADA complaint, that makes no sense. The visually impaired person wouldn't be able to buy a ticket online either. That has nothing to do with the reservation system. I suppose, however, its possible the system could be down for an extended period, but I have never had any trouble accessing the system when i wanted to either check availability or make a reservation.
