Disney remote jobs?

I currently work in insurance and HATE my job. I love Disney and planning more than anything. Does anyone know of how to be a vacation planner or anything remote? Other than a travel agent?!

Have you considered trying to start your own planning business as a side hustle or are you just looking to join an existing company?

There are some Disney Travel company call center jobs you can do from home, but they only hire in certain states (mostly FL).

Disney, as a company, has not really embraced the remote work movement. The employees who are able to work a flex schedule are mostly manager level and above on the corporate side.

With 4000 layoffs in the works, probably not the best time to try.

Additionally, Disney won't hire people without relevant industry experience for the travel company remote jobs. They all require high volume call center experience. Unless your insurance job is in this type of environment, you won't get far with Disney.

Disney does not have jobs like that.

But you can be a vacation planner if that's your interest. And you can focus on Disney vacations!

I thought I read that Disney or Pixar made an entire movie while remote during the pandemic. Probably not helpful in this situation though. Have you thought about working at the Disney Store? If you go onto their hiring website you can see the various US locations that they're hiring for.

I would also love a remote Disney job. The Florida weather is just not my cup of tea (lived there for 10+ years).
