Disney Quest-Can we leave and re-enter?

Can we go to Dsiney Quest in the late afternoon, leave for dinner at T-rex or Raglan Road and reenter after we eat? Don't want to "waste" two admissions. Also is Disney Quest closer to T-rex or Raglan Road? We are going to both restaurants on two different nights and want to do Disney Quest on one of these nights. Also would is be best togo to Disney Quest on a Thursday night vs. a Sat. even though it's open later on Sat.? I would think it would be less busy on a weeknight? Thanks!
