Disney Quest Annual Pass still being sold?

I have been keeping up with the news on Disney Quest (supposed to close this year but might be 2017 instead due to NBA deal falling through). Since DQ may be closing, are Disney Quest annual passes still being sold? I wasn't able to find pricing on Disney's website, but googled and found mention of a DQ AP for around $90ish on various other websites. Anyone know?

Also, does the Platinum Plus AP include admission to DQ?

We have Florida Resident Gold Passes, how much would Disney Quest tickets cost?
