Hi! Have all PS reservations made for Oct trip, EXCEPT the "My Disney Princess Tea" at the Floridian as I was told it "stopped" on Oct 2nd...has anyone heard if they "extended" this rather pricey but very neat event? Thanks! Ruthann

I just called last week to see if it was going on while we are there in January. I was told it has been extended until January 28th 2005 (we arrive on the 30th:( ). Hopefully they will extend it beyond that, I would love to do this with our DD.

Thanks SO much! I am going to try and "fit it in",we are only there from 8-11 for my grandughter's 7th birthday!AND,we have a "Fairytale Wedding"to go to as well! She lives in NY,we are in Texas and it was "as long as we could get her",lol,so I've really tried to make it special and thanks to these boards,I've managed to get all (including Cindy's Breakfast!) reservations set! We are staying at the "Floridian" and I though she would truly love this, although DH thought it was a little steep fro 1.5 hrs...has anyone else been to the Tea?Your thoughts? I will try and "post pictures"after our trip,I design children's "couture"and have created an entire wardrobe for my Princess that I'll bring to Fla for her to wear... I'm more excited than ANYONE!!! I so appreciate the input, this "Mimi" couldn't have done it without y'all! Best,Ruthann

mjsred -

I have been to this tea and I would HIGHLY recommend that if you decide to take your DGD that you add another special outfit to her collection. Most of the girls there were dressed up in some way or another. (Some had princess costumes, etc...)

I just wanted to give you a head's up that my oldest daughter was 7 at the time we did this and one of the oldest - probably the oldest girl there. If she is O. K. with that, then go for it! (My daughter, unfortunately was not, although she was a good sport about it)

Have a great time with her!

Hi! I SO appreciate the input...Hannah will be 7 that weekend and I sort of wonderered "how old" soem would be...I have already made her a fabulous "tea party" frock but am going to ask her this weekend if she would like to go to this...Best,Ruthann
