Disney Premier Access

I have a couple questions about Disney Premier Access.
1. Are you allowed to buy as many sets or singles as you want?
2. Which rides is it actually worth it for? Personally I like to do the major rides multiple times so I’m thinking DPA might be worth it when I finally make it in a few years.

I am planning to visit Shanghai DL in the summer of 2023. It seems that their PAS offerings may change over time. They now have 3, 6 and 8-ride sets. I am planning to visit 4 days, and deciding between the Crystal annual pass and day tickets which can get one extra priority access for one ride per nights of staying at the on-site hotels. I may get the 8-ride PA set for the first two days then either 3, 6 or single PA as needed on the last two days. However, I feel that it’s too early to decide what to do as things may change between now and then.
