Disney Platinum Editions

Can someone please tell me what Platinum editions have came out yet and what Platinum editions Will come out? Oh, and if someone could tell me if Beauty and the Beast the Enchanted Christmas and Beauty and the Beast Belle's Magical World are 2 disc or one. Thanks!
