Disney Planning Center services (TownePlace Suites at Flamingo Crossings)

We're heading down Thursday evening and staying at TownePlace Suites at Flamingo Crossings. I understand there's a "Disney Planning Center" there. Does anyone know what services they offer?

Specifically, we just bought annual passes online and need to activate them. We'd also like to get Magic Bands. I'm really hoping the planning center could be a convenient place to handle this before we hop in the car to head to a park Friday morning.

Does anyone know for sure what they can do?

I don't think the DPCs can activate annual pass certificates, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.

I've stayed here before and really liked this hotel! I believe all they were doing was selling basic tickets at the planning center. The only non-park location to activate your pass is Disney Springs.
