Disney pins

Hi

I feel quite embarressed about asking this question as this will be my 4th time at Disney. Whilst reading the trip reports I have read about collecting the Disney pins. What are they and where do you collect them from???? Can anyone enlighten me on them.

'Pins' are little badges - the sort with the little spikes on the back and a push on retainer.

You can buy pins from nearly every shop in WDW. There are also designated 'Pin Stations', which are dedicated to selling just pins.

Pin collecting and trading is really big in the US, and you will see guests and CMs walking round with lanyards round their necks loaded with pins.

WARNING: Once you start collecting pins you will be addicted and it will cost you $$$$ LOL

You can also buy them in the Non Disney parks. My DD bought one from every park we visited, all out of her money!!!

yes, but could also be for an attraction etc. You can buy them over here in the Disney store, although the range is much more limited & it can be hit or miss even finding them in stock!

Tim is spot on - once you start you can't stop with these they are addictive!!
