DIsney pins on a plane~~will it be a problem?

Is it a problem to wear a lanyard with pins through the airport and onto a plane? Anyone had trouble doing it? Can they be in carryon or have to be in checked luggage? Thanks!

I've taken mine in my carry on with no problems.

i wouldn't attempt to wear it but you can bring it in your carryon! We always put ours in our checked luggage just in case though

we put them in the carry on w/o any issue. I think DH had to show them what his were last time but he keeps them in a metal case so I dont' think they could see into it.

I attend the Sept. pin event and both of my pins bags are in my carry-on. I usually get pulled aside at BWI so they can open the bags to see what is in there. I have never been pulled aside at MCO because they are used to seeing pins in carry-ons.
