Thanks everyone, I think I am actually getting excited !!

I can't wait until:

- the kids know
- Hannah sees the castle for the first time
- Christian is on Test Track
- Abbey sees Wishes
- Josh goes on the safari again
- Bill says he feels "normal again" because he is treated with respect and people talk to him at WDW
- I get to see Kathy again. For a long time I didn't think that would happen when she took her hiatus from the DIS . I am so happy she came back and wants to spend part of her vacation with us .

I hope by this time we have had some fun together. On this last day we will be going back to DHS and getting Christian’s birthday

gift card. I am not going to tell him about it, we want it to be a surprise. He can buy what ever junk he wants

Early in our trip we are getting him the pirates chest cake and Hannah the princess one. He is going to have a real birthday party after we get home from the trip. He can direct us as to what he wants to do on this day.

Day 9 Plans:

Pack up, call bell services, have them take the stroller and luggage to storage for us, see if we can use the check in so ME takes the luggage, we have never done that before. Take a bus to DHS, get Christian’s birthday gift card, bus to Wilderness Lodge for breakfast at Whispering Canyon Café, then we are going back to DHS, they can come with us or go to what ever park they want to. Back to Pop for the Magical Express. Cry

all the way to the airport that I am leaving my happy place, get on a plane, back to hotel in Nashville.

Goals

- Have everything packed and ready before 8:15am
- Get to DHS and get Christian’s gift card
- Have brunch at WCC
- Have Christian tell us what he wants to do
- Have a safe flight and settle back in to the Nashville hotel
- Get dinner and go to bed

We will drive home the next day. Bill’s parents will probably come that weekend to bring or Christmas stuff. She always keeps it in Indiana for some reason. Hopefully Ace won’t be scared of the decorations like previous years:

Two things today:

1) Abbey told the kids last night that we were taking them to the mountains next week. Christian went crazy he was so happy, he thinks we are taking him because of his great grades. Wait until he finds out the "mountains" aren't of the Smoky kind, they are Big Thunder, Splash, and Expedition Everest!!!

2) It is Ace's 5th birthday today. He gets a cupcake later according to Bill .

Wow, the time has went by so fast. I hope the days go slow at WDW, so that you can enjoy the family time. I hate the last day too. We've gotten to where we would just as soon fly home early in the morning because we just spend all day grumping about knowing we have to go home.

I'll be helping my dh and ds put in 3 windows this weekend.
I should go outside and write on them something about how I sacrified WDW for these new shiney windows.

Disneyland is often called a magic kingdom because it combines fantasy and history, adventure and learning, together with every variety of recreation and fun designed to appeal to everyone. – Walt Disney

I feel the same way about the Walt Disney World Resort, every where there is fantasy, history, adventure, learning, and magic. We can not wait to share that with Josh’s family and I hope they appreciate it even half as much we do.

Bill and I have tweaked the schedule a bit, added at least one sleep in, probably two and are added one day to our tickets. After we arrive at Pop I am suggesting everyone rest before we head to DTD for dinner at Planet Hollywood. Abbey said she would do the hair straightening during this time .

Epcot has extra magic hours that evening and Bill and I are taking advantage of them. If the crew wants to go with us great, if not we understand. If they come we will ride Spaceship Earth and do stuff in Future World. This way it will free up more time for World Showcase on our other Epcot day. That would make me really happy, if not that is fine too.

The planning of this trip seems to have gone on forever, that would probably be because of a couple of things.

1) We haven’t been to Disney since 11/08.

2) The trip has been a secret to the kids and it has killed me not being able to tell them.

I have pre-ordered the Photopass CD, gotten the mail ready to put on hold, rechecked all the supplies, and made tags for the stroller.

The only things left I have to do is finish packing one suitcase, finish cleaning the apartment, and wait. Waiting sucks but you all know that don’t you?

He watched the entire show. Sorry it is a bad picture I have to be quick when he is watching the tv, if he hears the camera come on he comes running to me.

Thank you so much for reading our PTR and I will make sure to write a trip report, the good, the bad and the in between. No matter what happens it will be interesting.
