He's been the "boss" since I worked at the Studios back in 1999. I saw him there this last January, he was part of the entertainment on the marathon course. His name was Goobleman.

Well.... TECHNICALLY.......... there is no Magic Kingdom at DLR. It's just called Disneyland..........

precisely why so many people call "Magic Kingdom" "Disney World"!

The guy on the right is the orginal BOSS (Goobleman) , I can't remember the actor on the left. I love those guys!
