This is one of the statues around the Main Street Hub, which is located just in front of the castle. There are several statues like these located in a circular pattern around the Walt and Mickey ("Partners") statue. Off the top of my head there are also Donald, Minnie, Dumbo, Pinocchio, Pluto and Goofy.
