Disney Photopass - How to order the CD after I pre-ordered???

We took a family vacation the beginning of September, I recently finished editing the pictures with the graphics provided. I have a confirmation number from pre-ordering, but for the cannot figure out how to place the actual order now so the C.D. can make it's way to us in the mail.

Can someone please help me out??? Our deadline will be on 10/26 and I'd like to not wait until the last minute.

Put your CD in the shopping basket. When you check out it willl ask for the promotion code. Enter it and the price comes down to $0.0. Your email will tell you exactly what to do. Good Luck!
