
Don't you know it....I ordered the Christmas photo cards on 12/13...just one day after I returned from WDW. Used a picture from
MVMCP with Mickey & Minnie, DH, DS and myself with a nice greeting on there wishing family and friends a magical holiday season, etc...Ordered 3 packages...so like 60 cards...paid $40.00, yes $40.00 for express shipping.
I emailed customer service who assured me I'd receive my cards soon.
FINALLY the night of the 22nd, I received an email that they shipped...express shipping. Good, maybe they'll come tomorrow...
Nope...nothing.
They finally showed up the day after Christmas, via PRIORITY MAIL from Georgia. I paid $40 for priority mail. UGH, but whatever...I gotta get these suckers out!! I open them up and the proof sheet was saying they were printed on the 16th...yet not shipped till the 22nd?? Fine. Whatever....

They're BLANK!!! There's a big....white...very BLANK box on my Christmas cards instead of the greeting message I ordered...
I'm FLIPPING OUT...I've emailed Disney Photopass Customer Service DAILY as there's NO phone number...requesting assistance. ASAP. If not sooner...
NOTHING...No response. I'm furious. I'm out $130 for BLANK custom Christmas cards...
WHAT kind of idiot ships out BLANK cards? Wouldn't they go back and check the order? Ok, so their website is all screwed up...wouldn't they call in case of some glich????
