Disney Pen - Rare?

Im looking for a pen that was available in 2000-2001. It was made by Sensa and sold at Epcot. The Disney sku is 0015600448. The original price was $69.00. I boght one in 2000 and have never seen another one since. Im wondering how rare it really is or how many are out there? Anyone know where i could find this information or actually find another one?

Ive been watching eBay and havent seen one yet. Also googled it with no luck.

Is it a LE ? If so and depending on the count it could be worth $150 or more. Although I have the MI Chaser Door Pin Set released in January and it worth $160 already!
