Disney Park Ticket targets Canadians

RESORTS Disney is offering a “Canadian Exclusive” Disneyland Resort 5-for-3 ticket offer with “park-hopping” privileges. Having recently opened a second theme park dubbed Disney’s California Adventure at the Disneyland Resort in California, the company is offering the package to attract more Canadian tourists.

The Canadian exclusive 5-for-3 ticket is the cost of a regular 3-day Disneyland Resort Flex Passport but valid for 5 days over a 14 day period. Ticket prices are $111 US for adults and $87 US for children, and can be purchased through a travel agent. (Reuters)

Sounds like a good deal for our Western citizens who usually go to DL rather than WDW. It would be nice if they would offer the same thing in Florida.

I agree with Baboo, it does sound like a great deal if you live out West, but for us Easterners who go to Florida, it would be nice if they would give us some kind of break.

I think maybe this deal is as much about trying to boost DCA attendance figures as it is about giving Canadians a break.

The 5 for 3 deal has been offered before, so it isn't something new specifically because of DCA.

However, I'm not sure if it usually offered this time of the year so the timing may be a DCA thing or
maybe just as a result of the economic downturn.
