I thought all Pandora yellow gold jewelry was solid. I wonder if Disney's description is wrong? I really love that bracelet but there is no way I'll get it if its plated.

Certainly not for $450! I suspect the description is wrong as well.

I also thought all their jewelry was either 925 silver or 585 gold. Nobody is going to pay $450 for a plated bracelet. That's actually an insult to Pandora.

I totally agree.
I went to Pandora's FB page and it does state that their yellow gold is solid. The only gold that is plated is the rose gold items. I'm on the fence about the bracelet because it means I can't get anything else while there but if I do decide to get it I will confirm with Pandora first that it is solid 14K.

I don't understand why it would only be plated when the gold beads are solid and around the same price so it would be the same amount of gold as a bead

I called my local Pandora store & was told that the company does not sell 14K gold-plated jewelry - only solid.

Disney and Pandora have a 10-year agreement that started a little over a year ago, so there's plenty of time left for them to add more charms

If you can't wait, Chamilia will be introducing a Cheshire Cat charm as part of their Alice in Wonderland release in April, which won't be released in the US. If you don't mind paying international shipping, you should be able to purchase them online from the UK.

I was thinking about looking for Chamilia when I am in the UK in July, but when I looked at the website, uk.chamilia.com, it seemed to indicate that shipping to the US is free for orders over $95. Is that true? Will they really ship the Disney Chamilia to the US?

One has mother-of-pearl Mickey silhouettes. The other two are pavé button-style, one with Mickey and Minnie on opposite sides (limited edition), the other with a silhouette of Mickey & Minnie kissing.

I like the mother-of-pearl charm but the others are too blingy for me. Hope there will be a lot more charms in the Disney-exclusive fall release.

It seems this is the right place for me to visit. I'm totally new to Pandora but hoping to start my collection when I go over to WDW in a few weeks. So, where do I start? I'm totally clueless! I'm most interested in park specific items. I'm also an AP holder, I believe I get a discount with that?

Okay, now I remember that last year's pave Mickey & Minnie were limited edition, too. I just didn't pay much attention because I didn't like them.

I was ready to be upset that I couldn't get this, but it doesn't look really exclusive. It looks like a non-Disney Pandora bracelet with two non-Disney clips, and a choice of one from four Disney beads that are also available outside this offer. Am I right?

I think the only advantage to buying the set is that you save a little as opposed to buying each of those pieces individually if you wanted those exact pieces.
It would be nice to see a park exclusive set that was discounted a little.
