Any of you wonderful Disney locals know if I could get from Disneyland, (HoJO) to Orangefair mall on local public transportation without too much difficulty? :confused3

I'm not local, but we plan to do this on an upcoming trip, and I copied the following info from another posting somewhere:
OCTA Route 43 goes from Disneyland to Harbor and Orangethorpe in about 20 minutes, $1.25 per adult each way. Just find a bus stop on Harbor and head north about 3 miles, the bus driver will be happy to let you know when you get to Orangethorpe.

I went to www.octa.net and was able to find the exact schedule and route. Looks pretty easy, and for my suburban kids, this will be an adventure in itself! I believe there is an In & Out as well as a Mexican restaurant close by, so we'll probably make a half-day outing of it. Hope this helps!

There is a lot of food places there... Baja Fresh, Sushi place, Thai Place, even Costco if you need stuff.

Entertainment wise, there is a laser tag place there if your kids would like to play. if you need a work out, both 24 and Bally is located near there... :P

Target is also there... lots and lots of stuff there...

Thanks! :goodvibes

We went up there last trip, it was called the Fullerton Centre and was on the corner of Orangethorpe and Harbour. There is a Target, a Dollar store, a Disney store and a Food for Less. We preferred The Village at Orange which has a Walmart, Sears, Dress for less and lots of other smaller stores. You can get there by number Eastward 46 bus which runs along Ball Rd.
