Disney On Ice??

Hi, I went to purchase tickets for the Disney on Ice show here in Florida and it asks for a password? Ticketmaster is the one asking for it to order.

Hoping someone here knows it??

Ticketmaster always asks me for my own, personal, password before going to the checkout. Have you used Ticketmaster before that you may have saved a password? The only other time I've been asked to enter any special info is when I've purchased tickets before they are available to the public. But they usually ask for a code, not a password. We're seeing 100 Years mid-February, and can't wait! If you continue to have problems, I'd call and order. Good luck!

I put in MCD for the Mcdonald's code and got several dollars off each ticket.

I am guessing that it is asking for a presale code for the tickets. In order to get that information you can register with Feld Entertainment at their website. Once you are registered you can call their phone number and just ask for the presale code for your city of choice. Just enter that into Ticketmaster website and you are set. I did this for the Princess Wishes one in Chicago and was actually able to get center ice first row seating about 3 weeks before the sale actually started. Good luck.
