I just got an Email from DOI and I can get $11 opening night tickets.... Great deal... Until they add all the fee's. 4 tickets at 11.00 each = $74.25!!!!!!

Over $30 in fee's....... Its a joke..... $18.90 for a convenience fee:eek:........

I can understand the handling fee and the facility charge, but almost 20 bucks for a convenience fee?

Just a vent.

I'd call that an INconvenient fee! :thumbsup2

I get what you're saying, though. I got Barry Manilow tix (don't laugh, you know you like him, too!) for my best friend as a gift for getting her Master's Degree and the $10 tix ended up costing $18 after fees. When I complained to the poor lady at Macy's (where I bought the tix) she could only say that it's a flat fee and the people paying $200 for their seats weren't complaining about the 8 bucks!

I hope you have fun at the show!

PS - I'm in Cleveland, so I saw Barry at the Q!

I bought that 4 pack last year in Boston and it was the same price..unreal...I wonder if we can take that deal and buy the tickets in person to avoid the ticketmaster fees

The fees are insane. I was debating dragging DH to see it because the tickets were cheap even though we'd be the losers without children, but the fees made it not worth it. Especially when you have to add in parking in downtown Cleveland as well.

Wait a second OP...you would go see it at the Q but according to your location, you live in "Steeler Country?" I hope you live in Erie or something! ;) ;)

I really want to take DD to it, but she's only 15 months, so maybe next year.
