I saw the boards up in Fantasyland and I was curious as to what would be built there. Now I know! This is exciting news! I love the Little Mermaid and the 3D model looks amazing. Now if I can only convince my husband and my 2 sons to ride it with me haha!

I love the little mermaid!!! Im so excited for this ride to be built!!! I hope disney uses some new state of the art technology or something like that to make is super amazing!! Its about time the little mermaid gets a ride. It's been out for over 20 years now and only has that stage show in hs... is that stage show even going to be there after the dark ride is built?? Super excited for 2012!!!

To all of the disney fans who've been posting about the continued relevancy of WWOHP, how do you possibly reconcile this?

BTW, I personally applaud this decision and will anxiously await the attraction.
