Oh Man, I actually caught that mistake (bowl/bowel) in the previous paragraph and fixed it ... but it looks like I was intent on spelling it that way.

The dog in the picture is our Lhasa Apso, who's actually close to 15 years old. She still looks like a puppy for the most part, but she's pretty lumpy when you pet her.

What's taboule you ask?

I had to drag our old dog back for another photo-op.

Laura says taboule is couscous or bulgar (the contents of the Near East box you buy at the store) combined with mostly parsley, to create this Middle-Eastern salad that Epcot folks adore.

Sorry I've been away. I've been busy with work and the normal everyday stuff. And i joined a new gym which is , well not fun at all, but a necessary evil I am so behind on answering all the responses, checking out everyone else's reports, and trying to remember what the he k happened on my trip 5 months ago. I'm particularly lax keeping up with Shannon and Monica and forget Nebo! I'm probably 40 pages behind.

I hope you will all bear with me. I appreciate the comments so much and will respond as soon as I can.

Also, we booked another nomadic vacation March 17 to March 24. Just squeaked by our annual pass expiration of March 25

Anyone planning on being there that week? Marita? You"re local. Maybe you'll be around.

We'll wave to you as we pass at MCO- March 8-17 for us! Nine days of heaven!! Although DSL just dropped out of the joint trip and left us holding a ressie for a second 2BR at Vistana Hoping we can find some family or friends to join us!

I have never bought a "near East box" at the store in my life. I think Nebo would kick me out... bulgar? sounds yuckky! (although Nebo didn't mind couscous in Morrocco. he loves rice.)
