I'm at MK now. I would say 98% maskless at this point. Our kids are not vaccinated so we are still requiring them to mask at times. But we are now choosing indoors only and not outdoor queues where they would have been required yesterday.
That's interesting. It seems like they withheld Sunday dates purposely until they confirmed demand. Makes me think Sunday parties in August could be possible if dates continue to sell out.
From what you can tell, are CMs asking about masks for kids who are under 12?
They are not. My kids are well under 12 and it's never been mentioned. Signs are still up from yesterday saying masks are required but people are just passing on by.
Jungle Cruise was pretty tight quarters. Close to touching at times. Splash is a little looser
In the photos posted on the DFB, there's clearly kids under the age of 12 not wearing a mask inside.
I fancy myself a JC purist. And although I completely understand WDW's reasons for changing scenes at JC, I will say that I was hesitant to this change. I don't always agree with WD Company's decisions to change attractions (e.g. PoTC), but JC was actually improved for me. I would be surprised if this new scene doesn't work. Just one man's opinion.
