If you use Dis transportation yes, if you uber/lyft/car you must have a reservation.

But you can still resort hop, it's just the preferred method isn't available.

What were the Stated Opening Hours for the 9:30 opening?

9:30 was the stated opening for off-site and we were in at 9:00 for the 1/2 hour early entry. This was over Columbus Day weekend. Through the week after it went back to 10:00 and 9:30 a.m.

I don’t necessarily want more back but something removed. That which shall not be named, like Voldemort, I would like the last remaining requirement be removed. This is causing great problems with our travel party that Disney only has that requirement, albeit limited to indoor areas, in Orlando.

On September 29, 2021, the Riviera condo association was amended to add 21 additional rooms and over 400,000 points to the timeshare program. This is the fourth amendment for Riviera, bringing the total number of declared points to 3,349,531, or about half of the resort's 7.6 million.

The Minnie Vans have been parked at Epcot for months and months. If this is a new fleet or if they’re prepping for launch, I’m excited, but you can search and find pics of them there over the past year.
