You’re not the only one. We’ve been waiting a year. We’ve gotten very close to buying APs to Universal. If we don’t get AP sales back by July 9th, we will be getting universal passes.
I actually did go ahead and get a Universal AP for my upcoming trip, but I still want a Disney one. Having both will better allow me to jump between them without prior planning

I just did some mega math which probably is already done for me on some forum but going off of the last 4 years of the Festival of the Arts in relation to marathon weekend, 2022 SHOULD start on January 14th! I went back to 2018 and the festival started every Friday after marathon weekend so fingers crossed that holds true for 2022 OR it starts sooner and goes longer! We travel January 9-18 so we'll miss the busy marathon weekend but I also have never been during a non festival time so I was HOPING we'd catch a few days of it!
We also got Universal APs. Figured we might as well with the kids. I’d like the WDW AP so I can go to festivals on my own! Ha!
Beyond annoyed, especially as a new DVC owner who can't get an AP! Fingers crossed for soon.
