Disney name tags

On one of my previous trips (2003), I ordered oval Disney name tags for my family before the trip. They were waiting at my hotel for us when we arrived. I still have mine, but this trip will be with two friends who are both fighting cancer. Neither has ever been to Disney and as one of them put it: It's a crime to be 65 and never have experienced the magic of WDW!

I would love to surprise them with these name tags if I knew where to get them! Can anyone help?
