Disney movies in the Vault

I'm not sure where to post this ? but...
Does anyone know a schedule of release dates of Disney movies? My dd's vhs of cinderella was watched so many times - it wore out. That was when she was 2. She's 6 now. It makes me so angry that my kids have never seen some of their best films. By the time they come out, My girls may be beyond the ages of actually wanting to watch.
Sorry about the rant. Anyone else feel like this?

It looks like there's a scheduled release date of October 2005 for a platinum edition 2-disc set. If you can't wait that long to get a replacement, try Half.com, eBay or Amazon.com for a used VHS tape. Some were going for as low as $14+ shipping.

I shared your frustration years ago when DD was that age. Back then, Disney was not releasing their classics too frequently and the only way to see some of them was to rent them over and over again!

Do you have a used book store near you? I got all the tapes DDs wanted by trading in some books for store credit and exchanging for the VHS tapes. They also sell used copies for $5-$10. It worked out better for me than paying price + shipping on Amazon.

There are consignment shops around here that have tons of the VHS movies. I guess so many people are switching to DVD, they get rid of all their tapes. I've seen many titles there.
