Disney Movie Rewards

Any other Canadians collecting movie reward points?

I received a phone call today after trying to cash in my points for a reward and was told that they do not ship to Canada.

From what I can understand the company that took over shipping does not ship to Canada. I phoned Disney and they are going to get back to me but the company that ships the items says that they will just credit back my points.

Just wondering if anybody else was having issues? I have had items from them sent to me before and it was no problem.

I just ordered one of the Blu Cars from the promo, and it said they shipped to Canada. I wonder if Disney has two companies doing fulfillment?

Regardless, I don't see how they can suddenly stop shipping to Canada - especially since they've been pushing the points aspect in stores up here of late. Keep us posted, I'm really curious to see how they fix this up!!

I've been collecting points and haven't "cashed" them in yet. Hoping that there is a mix-up and they will still ship to Canada.

Just received my reward today so I guess all is well. Never received a phone call back from Disney or there shipping company but it was delivered today.

Woohoo - this is GREAT news!!!

I have been saving points for the little LCD TV's for DS's room. Only shy about 650 now, so I would have been upset if they stopped shipping to Canada.
