I just redeemed the code for the inferno pin. I wanted to use my rewards to get another for my DH but it says " <<< Sorry, you've redeemed the maximum number allowed >>> "

Is it only one pin per account or is it one pin in a specified time frame? I can't imagine why it would be a big deal to allow the purchase/redemption of more than one of a given item (especially when you consider that most families have only one account between them, ykwim? ).

Anyway, any help/input would be appreciated

It even says "limit one" or something like that when you are in the Inferno rewards screen. Most of the rewards have a limit, and all the VMK rewards are limited to 1.

You must be so frustrated with already having entered your points and now you can't get your Inferno!!! If it helps I have an unsed code from Pirates that I can send to you for your new DMR account-let me know! We went through the same thing way back when when we were trying to get two home theater systems! Just send me a pm and the code is all yours!

Really!?!?! OMGOODNESS how wonderful of you! I guess I should've read the small print on how many times I could redeem points - I just got SO excited to get the dancing inferno pin I kept hitting "redeem" w/o spending the time to read what the terms were

Only 1 per account, but if your DH really wants 1, perhaps it would be a good idea to make him an account You never know what could happen...
