Disney Movie Rewards Question

I just went back through all of our DVDs and entered the codes on the Disney Movie Rewards website. I have all of them except I do not have my code for Wall-E. I do not see an insert or booklet inside the DVD. What can I do to get a code for this movie since I own it? Any suggestions? thanks for anyone that can offer me some help/advice.

When you log in go down to the bottom and click on FAQ, then it will have different things to pick from. Click on the one that says Points for titles missing codes. Hope this helps! Good Luck!
