Disney Movie Rewards New Website - Points didnt transfer over???

I sent an email last week and never heard back.
Love the new site but what happened to my points from the old site?
I had sent in two Alice in Wonderland ticket stubs, entered in a bunch of points from emails I received, and also entered in points from DVDs I purchased. I was going to collect a bunch to get something good... now they are gone and didn't transfer over from the last website...?

Anyone else have the same problem??
 
I actually called and they gave me instructions to send an email from the account and that they would get the points in there eventually. She said it would likely take several weeks, as they are way backed up. She could see my points by the way, but couldn't get them into my "new" account.
 
Well, I solved *my* problem without any followup having been received...turns out somewhere along the way I created 2 accounts, each using a different email...voila! Found my points...now to get them put together....:rolleyes1
 

I almost had a heart attack when I logged in this evening to enter codes and saw there were only 100 pts in the acct. I did click that these aren't my pts -they emailed me a listing for my email which only showed one account.

First place I thought to come was to the disboards -- I thought if anyone would know it would be my fellow dis'ers! :lovestruc:lovestruc

Glad to see others have experience the same problem- well not glad it happened but it makes me know I am not alone :hug:

Off to enter the codes I have.
 
mykids, I would call them first, get your account, right BEFORE entering any codes....
 
one of the OPs here. I called them a few days ago about missing points. Apparently they had them under an old email address. I haven't used that address in over 5 yrs or so.

She was able to move them over to the correct email account I had with them. They were in the account bf I hung up with her.

Feeling soo much better now!
 
I've sent several emails and the only response I get is a canned answer about my account.

What phone number did you call? I can't find one on the DMR website. I'm missing 1390 points and I'm freaking about it.

Oh suuuure. I tried that multiple times and I get nothing but a canned response back that has nothing to do with my missing points.

I've tried to sign into my DMR account and it keeps telling me that my password is wrong or that I have multiple accounts but I've only had one and it won't let me sign in. I tried to get this cleared up and I get the same answer of use your e-mail address. I just pulled up the DMR website and for some odd reason I was already signed in. Doesn't make any sense to me so now I really don't know what my password is.
