Is anyone having trouble with the Disney Movie Rewards site or the main Disney site? I logged in to get my gift card and my account information was gone. My points, my rewards history, everything. So I went to the main Disney page to try to log in to waltdisneyworld.com and my passholder info is gone and the address listed is one that I haven't lived at in 4 years. My whole account is messed up and I guess I'll miss out on the gift card. I have an email in to Disney but I'm really upset about all this. My whole history of everything is just gone. I've had this account for more years than I can remember and for everything to be gone is upsetting to say the least.

YAY! I was able to get my confirmation number. For some reason Disney has my account on an email address that I never gave them. Not sure how that happened at all but as long as everything is fixed and there I don't mind. I just used my original email address to login over the weekend so I really don't know what's up with how they got a different one but it's fixed and I was able to get my gift card and that's great.
