My son lost his points (almost 800) when they changed their website. We have emailed them three times and they won't respond. Anyone else having problems getting their points back.

I don't have much luck getting emails back from them. I call them direct you could try that.

Yes, I received that offer for my birthday. I don't have a blue-ray player, I did order Meet the Robinsons for my sister who does have a blue-ray player.

Hi Guys, I know I haven't been around. When they changed over the system to the new look it really caused a problem for me. They wanted me to pick just one primary logon. OK....but geez I have several different Disney accounts and like to use different ones for trip planning and the Disney store. So little and BIG eyes don't see what I am up to. Just got this all straightened out and am entering codes.

So are there any new codes coming out? Any promotions? I see you have to access your newletter from your "primary e-mail address" to get the 5 points. That takes care of us sharing those.

I had similar problems. It took me seven emails and I finally got a straight answer that wasn't just a standard "check your accounts" email. I actually started calling them out about the auto responses and it was sent on... GOOD LUCK!

Got the code, fortunately I wanted MTR, so I snagged it. They advertised 5 movies to choose from: but on the order page there was no Game Plan or whichever High School Musical one they were offering...but National Treasure was listed 3 times.

Just checked out Facebook for DMR, they have changed that or am I looking in the wrong place. All I am seeing is the promotions for stuffed toys or such for new characters in Toy Story 3. Is there someplace where they would have codes or such?
