Is anyone else having issues with Disney movie club? It seems as though we haven't received any "catalogs" in the mail recently, (I've declined all the featured titles in the past so I knew that wasn't an issue) and I want to place an order for Christmas. My husband called the customer service line today and the automated system says we have a balance on our account. That doesn't make any sense to us since our account should be current. We decide to log online and our account says we ordered movies in August. We never ordered them, haven't received any movies in the mail, and we also haven't received a bill for the movies. This really frustrates me!!! The past 2 times we actually ordered movies they sent us the wrong movies. We have been customers for many years and enjoyed it up until this past year. I'm about ready to cancel my membership at this point.
