Disney Moments?

I've just got a bag out of the wardrobe which I haven't used for a while. I must have last used it in Florida as when I opened it I found a MK map and our ASM parking permit - and I was suddenly transported back to my holiday in August.

So I wondered what little things trigger memories of Disney for you?

Here are some more that I can think of:-

The smell of suncream
The heat reflected off the cars in the supermarket car park on a hot day
Just lying in bed, eyes shut, remebering the layout of our hotel room
The smell/flavour of cinnamon

Hearing the phrase 'Dead men tell no tales' while watching POTC on DVD
Finding rope drop Mickey head confetti in the pocket of shorts I haven't worn since last year
Whenever I hear the word 'magical' or 'dreams' in any context
When I walk through a cool, leafy lane I am instantly walking into AK on our first day
Whenever I look down at my feet on a sunny day and see my Crocs

every morning when I go swimming, I imagine im at typhoon lagoon

really sunny days and sun cream always remind me of our Holidays

seeing planes flying over house especially Virgin ones

whenever I spray my flowerbomb perfume-as i always buy it at the airport on the way to Florida!
when i use bodyshop coconut body cream, the smell just reminds me of Florida

Hot sunny days, with the saying- "its hot, but not as hot as Florida!"!!

When you see the castle and hear the Disney music at the start of any Disney DVD, I always say I want to be there.

When someone comes back from a holiday elsewhere in the world and say they were at a great water park or great theme park and I always think bet it wasn't so good as a Orlando theme or water park.

Seeing everyones trip reports and piccies on here and remembering standing in the same positions getting photos taken.

I second when you hear the word magical there is only one place I can think of....WDW.

Oh roll on my next trip there.

I keep some apple and cinnamon tea-bags in my drawer at work, and every time I open it the smell wafts out and I am instantly back in Cracker Barrel.

I also opened a bag I hadn't used in ages and found a Pirates Cove pencil in it which took me staight back to playing mini golf on a hot, hot day with a big thunderstorm looming.

Almost every day at the moment, my youngest DD is pretty much the age that eldest DD was the last time we went and as it's summer she is wearing some of the summer clothes that eldest DD would have worn when we were last there, all the dresses she wore when meeting the princesses. Worst thing is DH doesn't want to go back for a while yet

I used cherry carmex for the first time when i was in Florida in October - and i used it constantly there for 2 weeks.

When I got home i didnt use it for about a month or so - then i came across it used it and it was like WOOSH the whole holiday feeling was there and now everytime i use it I think of Florida and it makes me REALLY happy

Everytime I hear Black Eyed Peas "I Gotta Feelin" song it takes me back to our trip last September, it always seemed to be playing on the radio everytime we were in the car and we would both sing along at the top of our voices.

Also the smell of Cinnamon always reminds me of Churros, I have been caught (many times ) standing in the kitchen sniffing the jar with my eyes closed dreaming of my happy place.

Black eyed peas I gotta feeling is also our florida song - Pegasus video is a firm fav in our house and when ever this song comes on we all shout " FLORIDA"

Suncream - the smell of suncream is an instant take back to sunny wdw.

Imperial leather bubble bath thinkits Jasmine one but it smell exactly like the bubble bath I bought over there and whenever i buy it I lie in the bath and dream of florida !!

Disney dvds - whenever we watch a disney film and tink flys over the castle I always think not the same as wishes !!
