Disney MGM Question

We are very excited to be taking our 2 1/2 year old daughter on her 1st Disney trip in July! She is very excited when she watches the Disney Channel and sees characters such as JoJo and LIttle Einsteins on top of the "regular" disney characters (Mickey, MInnie, etc..)

Is it worth taking her to Disney MGM to see those characters? Is there enough for her to do rather than just meet the characters?

Thanks for any help!

My DH and I dealt with this same question last week. We decided last minute that it was not worth going to just for one or two shows that DS would like. Instead we spent an extra day at Epcot. He loved Nemo and figment but we loved strolling in the different countries. Our first day at Epcot was last Tuesday but a really bad storm came up with tornado warnings and we left around 4. We felt like we didn't get enough time in our second favorite park. But honestly by the end of the week, DS was so whiny and angry he didn't care who he saw or what he did. I guess five days in the park is too much for my 14 month old. The best days were when we slept in and went to the park around lunch. He would even make it through the EMH if we took our time in the morning. Also, for him, character breakfast was better than character lunch. By lunch he was angry and sleepy. HTH ;)

She might like Beauty and the Beast and Bear in the Big Blue house shows.

It's not bear in the big blue house anymore. Now it is Mickey Mouse clubhouse, Little Einsteins, Handy Manny, and My Friends Tigger and Pooh. Bear unfortunately does not come on Playhouse Disney anymore. I miss Treelo! LOL
