I wasn't sure which topic to post this on, but I desperately searching for an Elsa dress. I was wondering if any of you knew if I there was a way to contact one of the parks and have it shipped to my house. They are sold out online

They are sold out in the parks too. I was there 3/30-4/4 and Frozen merchandise was slim. They had a few Anna dresses but no Elsa. Sorry!

You could try calling Disney mail order merchandising: (877) 560-6477, but Frozen merchandise, especially the Elsa dresses have been scarce even in the parks.

I've heard that they won't ship Frozen merchandise.

Didn't know that, but it makes sense because they can quickly sell everything they get in the park.

Items are loaded at midnight PST, 3 am EST. So check as early in the morning as you can. They pop up from time to time.
