Disney Merchandise Guest Services for Items shipped to home - Missing item

Well, it seems all boxes have been delivered to our home from our trip earlier this month. A total of 9 Boxes/packages. After going thru everything I am missing an item from Epcot. I purchased 3 items from the shop In England. One item is missing yet shows on the receipt. In looking thru the paperwork, it only calls out for returns for various reasons. No mention if an item is missing and what we can do to get a replacement. Anyone have this problem and how do I proceed? Been on hold for a while now with the (877) 560-6477 Merchandise Guest Services.
 
I purchased 3 prints during the Festival of the Arts. I only received 2; all three were on the receipt and on the packing slip. Naturally, the one I didn’t receive was significantly more expensive than the two I did. I called and talked to someone and had to describe the print and where I bought it. They were going to research it and get back to me. About two weeks later, I got a call saying they were still looking. A week later Festival of the Arts was I over, so I called back and asked them to refund my money. They were very apologetic, and they did, but I always felt like they didn’t really believe me. I’m talking two $25 prints versus a $300 one. I never had too much of a wait, and this was this year, so not when they were fully staffed. I hope you got some help.
