Disney is buying Marvel. Is it a good time to invest in Disney?

The announcement came out this morning. Disney stock dropped almost 3% today. You be the judge as to whether this is a good investment now or not.

I think that Disney stock was a good investment when it was around $15/share in March. It's over $26/share now.

I hope it goes up. Most my 401k is in Disney stock. I'm almost back to pre-recession values.

Who knows how this is going to play out. Especially with Universal and all. I hope they don't kill the video game industry.

We have Marvel stock, so our stock went up about $10 per share. Looks like we'll get cash and Disney Shares out of it too!

I didn't decide to buy Disney until it was $16 a share - hoping it will be a good investment long term
