Disney making changes to Tony's Town Square ADR

Had a voicemail from Disney stating they need to talk about changes to my Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade Dining Package on 9/16/17. Of course when I return their call they are all busy and I must leave a voicemail.

Any ideas what's going on?

I believe this is because they are moving the parade time up to 2:00 from 3:00.
