Disney mail and Fastpass+

We got the envelope in the mail today. YAY !!
We did make a change to the resorts, will we get another envelope ?
We are leaving on April 20th and its coming through a travel agent.

Also,
Is Fastpass+ already implemented at WDW ?
I can't seem to get a clear take on it. I am able to sign into the MDE and look at my Trip and other details, but I did not see anything there about the fastpass+....

Also, are the hours on the Disney website accurate now for 3 weeks ahead ? There is a discrepancy between that and the hours at TP and EasyWDW. Maybe disney did an update thats not reflected at TP and EasyWDW yet ?
For example April 21st - Disney shows AK to have morning EMH, and the others say that its on April 22nd.

Fast pass plus is not ready yet. It may not be ready by the time you get there, either.

Park times can change daily. Disney added hours and another Fantasmic while we were there last Feb. The best you can do is to keep checking the Disney website even while you are on vacation.
