Thanks for the support! He is acting just fine but has a big runny nose. Called and got his medicine switched to amoxicillon which does not NEED to be refridgerated!! So that is one less thing to worry about.

Getting ready to go on vacation is sooo stressful it's a good thing I'm going on vacation!! A frozen beverage sounds good right about now even if it is only 22 degrees out!!

Dropped the dogs off at kennel, finished work for 10 days and headed to the airport. As it is 2 1/2 hours away and we have an early flight to Orlando in the a.m. we are staying in a hotel near airport . . .

I hope I have everything packed - if I don't have it I hope I can buy it

They are calling for high winds and a ton of rain tomorrow - so I am praying we get out on time as we have a connector in MOntreal to catch - aagghh.

Yes - I need a drink, too!!!

We are on the first leg of our trip staying tonight in Bentleyville PA. We will be wearing our Griswold Family Vacation T-Shirts. For all on the FE, our door magnets will say Clark, Ellen, Audrey, Rusty, and Cousin Eddie. Safe travels to all. Happy to have the vacation start. Christmas is always stressful in Family Court!

Safe travels to everyone. It is a bit cooler here in Florida today ( for us it is freeezzzzing). It is about 36.
We will be leaving tomorrow afternoon to drive down to the port. I wanted DD to go to school today.
I still have so much to do tomorrow. Finish packing, I haven't packed anything for myself, finish door magnets, finish my school assignments, assemble FE, go to a concert today transsiberian orchestra, and I have to go to work today. I will so have vacationitis and won't want to do anything.
I can't wait to meet everyone.

I'm quite jealous about the TSO concert! I tried to go this year but they are only in Milwaukee 1 day and it happens to be next thursday! (my husband is taking his sister) I guess I will be "ok" with a cruise instead. Ah the things we sacrifice!! Enjoy the concert!!

I'm at the relaxed stage of traveling now. Waiting to leave for the airport and now all I do is hope I packed everything or will be able to buy it down there if I did forget something. (I'm really worried about toothbrushes, I know I packed the toothpaste though) Oh well, it is what it is now!

Safe travels everyone!! I will be on the lookout for that green hard hat but we most likely wont get to the port until after noon.

I hear you on the vacationitis!! I just started an 11 hr workday, won't be home till 7 PM tonight, then it's pack pack pack (we haven't really started yet), and tomorrow at 10 AM we leave for the airport! Safe travels to everyone.

Speaking of weather, yesterday was the coldest its been for this time of year since the late 70s. It was 15 degrees! I know it gets colder in some places, but I LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA! I am an hour from LA and an hour and a half from the beacha and it was 15 DEGREES! Lol. I am dreaming of a sandy, tropical Christmas.

And can I say I am also jealous about Transsiberian! I was rockin' out this morning to Mad Russian's Christmas, and the security guard checking my badge on the way in gave me a knowing look, haha. My mom and sisters went in SLC last year I think, but I wasn't able to join them. Maybe some day.

Busy day today. Laundry, finish packing (hoping my suitcase will close), errands and our house closing today at 5pm. Work called this morning at 4am wanting me to come in. I told them I can't I have way too much to do! We leave for the airport tomorrow morning. Snow in the forecast for tonight so I'm hoping for good travel weather for tomorrow. Sounds like everyone is a little stressed and very busy. I hope eveyone has a safe and stress free trip. Can't wait to meet y'all.

Taking my daughter to get our mommy/daughter pedicures in 30 minutes! She's so excited...so am I! Bags are packed (almost). We leave for the Milwaukee airport at 9:30 tomorrow morning. Praying for warm weather...anything will beat the 20 degrees we have going on here, right?

My son is coughing. I just got a prescription for an antibiotic for myself and I'm praying my daughter didn't get strep throat from her BFF! The doctor reminded me amoxicilian is over the counter in the caribbean...too bad we're all alergic! Thinking positivie thoughts that include sunshine, sandy beaches and Captain and Coke!

Well it's possible!? We did do a 3 night on the dream in the beginning of February (3-6 I think). But to be honest that trip went by so fast it's the reason we agreed to this cruise!!! And i'm horrible at names (I remember faces but not always from where). Soo we may have met but I don't remember. I may remember you when we meet again!!! (if we did in fact meet!!)


Well we made it to Orlando. After sitting in the plane on the Tarmac for an hour and then deplane then another 25 mins in the airport then reload then leave 2 hours late! Just another reason to never try to fly the same day as the cruise! Oh well all is calm now, relaxing at the Beach club. Kids asleep. Stressful start but peaceful end to this day.
