Disney Magic - Dec 10, 2011 - Western Caribbean Cruise - Sun, Fun and Beaches!

Thank you to those of you willing to include my family in the FE exchange. Now I have to figure out what to give? Any ideas? This is my first time

HannahNoahMommy- Our kids are almost the same ages but my son is the oldest and my daughter the youngest. I am in the same boat as you with the crafts! I make wood signs and have been so busy I haven't even had time to mop my floor or clean a toilet...bummer, I know

Anyone else packing a case of water? I've read so much my eyes are crossing over what to bring and what not to bring...

Wow, lots in common - nothing is clean here either! Do you sell the signs at craft shows? And if so, do you stay in Wisconsin... or venture further?

For FE gift ideas, you can pretty much do anything. Something from where you live is nice. Or there are a ton of ideas if you search the boards... Home made FE gifts (or something like that) is a fun thread to look through, but don't get intimidated by it - It doesn't have to be anything elaborate or home made - but the threads give you lots of different ideas.

I'll need the names of the people in your group please because I'm personalizing your gifts.

I can't believe how close it is!!!

We don't pack water. We find the water on the ship is very good. Now maybe a couple bottles of wine and some contraband (Diet Caffeine Free Pepsi)

We were on deck 2 on our very first cruise on the Magic and loved it. On our last cruise we were on the Dream and had a verandah for the first time. Can we say spoiled?
We are on deck 2 again for this cruise unless we are tempted to upgrade at the port

Sorry I've been absent for a little while, everyone. I just wrapped up a MAJOR soul-sucking project at work, then I was sick (still a little sick, but feeling better everyday). On the bright side, the odds are now lower that I'll be sick for the cruise.

I'm keeping a countdown on the dry erase board in my office. Each day it ticks a little closer to time to leave. By the time I get back from Thanksgiving break it's going to be unbelievably low! Next week is the last full week of work before the trip. I can't even believe it!!!

It's actually sort of scary. I just realized that there are a bunch of things on my "to do" that simply aren't going to get done. That FE I was going to make? It's going to be a stocking now. The pillowcases I was going to embroider for the characters to sign? Totally going with blank ones.

Oh well. I'm just so glad it's almost here!!! I try to watch the Magic sail away on Saturdays on the webcam. I'll only watch two more of those before it's OUR TURN!

We're in 2036 - right near both of you (if we don't do an upgrade at the port). A veranda would be nice, but happy we get to go - wherever we are on the ship.

We are! I can't wait, it looks beautiful. Hard to go wrong with a pretty beach, yummy food and a huge pool! We're thinking about getting beach massages, too.

Aw I missed it I am too busy worrying about when our house will close and where we will end up moving. Tonight I was spackling a wall to get it ready to paint. DH and DFIL took a shelf down along with a little piece of the wall
The cruise is in the back of our minds behind all this other "stuff". I can't wait to be onboard and leave all this stuff behind us for a whole week.

We had it narrowed down between Nachi Cocum and Salsa & Salsa. We decided to go with the Salsa & Salsa through DCL so that we can pay for the excursion with reward dollars. Nachi Cocum sounds wonderful though. You'll have to tell us about it when we all get back.
