Disney magazine?

Not sure if this is really the place to post this...but...

I bought a DC mambership back in January. Didn't get my card and info until sometime in early Feb. I understood that the membership included a subscription to the Disney magazine. How soon before I start receiving this? Should I have received one by now, or should I wait some more? If I don't get one how do I go about finding out why?

I'm just excited for our upcoming trip and I think the magazine would help get my family pumped up for our vacation.

Any help out there?

I joined DC in November 2000. I still havent received my Disney Magazine. When I called DC, I was told that they had trouble with the Winter editon but the Spring one should be out by the middle of March. Hopefully, I will have it before my trip the end of April.

Just to let you know I have had my spring mag for over 2 weeks now. I would call again if i were you. They have a LOT of problems with there subs..i ahve had quite a few myself

I just spoke with a CM at DC. He said thay are mailing the first issue now - expect to see it in a couple weeks max..

I joined it Dec. and have yet to recieve mine either. I called DC yesterday and they told me to call Disney Magazine. When I called them they said that DC had never sent them a request and I had not yet been entered into their computer. Hopefully they'll get it straightened out soon. You may want to call and check.

We signed up in November and have already gotten two magazines.I'd check back with CM.

I joined DC in early January and haven't received any magazines either.

I first called the Disney Magazine @ 1-800-333-8734. They checked to see if I was in their computer system. I was not. She gave me a different Disney Club number to call: 1-800-654-6347.

The woman at DC said that they will contact DM to let them know that I should be receiving the magazine. She also said that I should receive a phone call from DM in a few days to verify the information.

She thought I'd receive my first DM in a couple of weeks.

I talked with DC a few days ago. They had me call another number and they entered a new subscription for me because the DC subscriptions are all messed up. I would call again to DC if you are not getting you mag.

I called DC the other day too. I joined back in October and haven't received any issues of DM either. I was also told they have had some problems with the subscriptions and was asked if I would like the back issues. I said that if it was possible I would like the backissues. I was put on hold and then told that this was no problem I would be receiving back issues as well as the new magazines. From the way it sounded, this was the regular procedure so hopefully we'll get some soon!
