I live in Europe as well. Talked with a Disney rep the other day, and they say that if you have family in the US you can try to temporarily change your address so that they forward your Disney mail to the US address. They say there is a chance that it may be sent, but they could not guarantee anything. Seems it is an auto ship kind of deal...
